Key Responsibilities

  • Design and create visual assets for the APAC General Manager Conference, including presentation graphics, event communications, digital content, signage, attendee collateral, and conference materials
  • Design and produce graphics, icons, illustrations, infographics, charts, and visual storytelling elements that support presentations and event experiences
  • Create presentation content and slides for conference sessions and other APAC Communications initiatives using established templates and visual systems
  • Support the development and rollout of conference branding across attendee touchpoints, including event website assets, mobile app graphics, signage, wayfinding, promotional materials, and onsite experiences
  • Adapt and localize Global presentations, templates, and creative assets for APAC audiences while maintaining clients brand standards
  • Design assets for attendee communications, registration campaigns, reminder communications, promotional activities, and Know Before You Go materials
  • Create digital assets for the event website and mobile app, including banners, session graphics, speaker assets, and user experience elements
  • Develop production-ready artwork for print and digital applications
  • Support the creation of multimedia assets including basic video editing, motion graphics, image retouching, and social content where required
  • Source, curate, and organize photography, stock imagery, icons, illustrations, and other creative resources to support project needs
  • Collaborate with APAC communications team, speaker representatives, senior graphic designers, event agencies, vendors, and production partners to deliver high-quality creative outputs
  • Support onsite event execution through content updates, asset management, version control, presentation support, and quality assurance
  • Maintain organized design files, templates, content libraries, and project archives
  • Provide design support for additional APAC Communications projects, leadership events, and business initiatives as needed


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience within an agency, in-house creative team, communications, marketing, or events environment.
  • Good portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, presentation design, branding, marketing collateral, and digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with working knowledge of PowerPoint and presentation design.
  • Familiarity with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Keynote.
  • Experience working in macOS environments, with proficiency across Apple hardware and software platforms.
  • Proven ability to create creative assets across print, digital, presentation, and event platforms.
  • Good understanding of design principles, including typography, layout, composition, visual hierarchy, branding systems, and visual identity application.
  • Excellent graphic design and visual communication skills with attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good organizational, file management, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take creative direction while contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, or experiential marketing projects is advantageous.
